Symptons of Parkinson's

I am just curious of the symptons of Parkinson's disease.  I am a 32 year old African American female.  I have been experiencing slight tremors on my fingers off and on since I was a teenager.  Lately, I have been having these tremors quite frequently.  One day, the tremor may come from my pinky, the next it may come from my thumb.  The tremors would sometime last for days. 

I didn't really think nothing of it until just the other day when I was watching the E! True Hollywood Story of Michael J Fox.  Mr. Fox stated that his symptons started off with just the slight tremors in his fingers.

I just need to know if I should have this condition looked into and of so, what kind of doctor and what kind of questions should I be asking?

Thanks for the reply.  When speaking to the specialist, are there any particular questions I should be asking?  These days, it seems that doctors are focused on the symptons that is obvious and not all the symptoms that exist.

I just want to make sure that I'm being clear with the doctor so my tremors can get looked into now before it gets any worse.
