Hello

I want you all to know that my heart goes out to each of you!  I am praying daily for a cure to this disease.  I did not sign up for this site for the PD forum.  My husband has recently been diagnosised with prostate cancer, which is one forum below this one.  I see this forum multiple times per day, and only hope that you are all receiving great info here also.  I am a speech pathologist who has dedicated the past couple years to helping the PD community.  I met with the "leader" here in OK today and told him about this site.  I have been doing a free speech group through our local PD chapter on a monthly basis for the past year or so.  I haven't had a lot of time to look at many threads on this site, due to my time spent on the PCa forum, however, I did see a post regarding difficulty eating secondary to tremors.  Try LIGHT wrist weights!  Big help for many.  I do not want to over step my grounds here, but have a question regarding the LSVT therapy.  I have recently become certified in this, (thanks to local PD patients pushing me to do so), but looking for feedback on those of you who have been through it.  Thank you all and god bless.  Courtney
