All three acantocyte bloods have proven normal so it looks as if I dont have neuroacantocytosis. Thats the good bit. Talked to GP this evening and the two of us don't know where to go from here. Oh, the ABGA test prelim seems to be normal too! I said to my GP, 'this is MAD, everything is normal and I never felt so crape in all my life', mind you the DAT scan was pos for PD. We'll just have to see how the genetic testing on twin has gone in a months time. Maybe things will be clearer then.
I told her I'd fly back to London to see my twin's neuro but that has been expensive. She hasnt heard from my neuro either.
I DID have a better day today, I think I did far too much. a two hour driving lesson, well a boring drive around endlessly cos my driving is perfect lbut test this time next month. Then I went to see a presbyterian minister and then I went to do a shop. and prior to the two hours driving I went driving for an hour to deliver letters and leave back stuff to a shop. I guess I'll pay for this tomorrow.\
twin comes in tomorrow for a few days and I am really looking forward to it!
Hey, anyone on this site who MAy know of any neuro investigations you had to sort out YOUR problems I'd be most grateful, so that I can start again with the process of elimation.
Well, thats my update for now.
xx as usual,
Ann
