My twin visited from London which was wonderful. I really enjoyed her visit although she was sick with a strep throat at first and I was awful in the past few days with my own 'conditio'.
I am very, very depressed about my situation.
The sinemet continues to help the dystonia but little else.
I feel nausea ALL the time and have no appetite.
I am extremely photosensitive and have no body temperature control.
My legs are very, very, very weak.
I ask my twin "Do you think I have something AWFUL wrong with me?" and she responds, we'll at very least we have something awful wrong ie, PD but I ask " Well, I mean, AWFUL, awful!" At this point, with no consultant really engaging with me, my mind is thinking the worst with all sorts of severe fast progressive disorders.
I am profoundly depressed and I DO have a 'nervous' disposition so I get very anxious. I just wish someone would come on board and give me a hand.
We have a nurses strike here and the nurses ain't answering the phones so can't get to talk to a PD nurse, nor get my mammogram results.
The consultants are 'hovering' threatening withdrawal of services too as are all the auxillary hospital staff. GREAT health service we have here.
xx to ye all,
Ann
