My husband is 34 years old...and since i've known him, hes had these weird tremors daily at times, and a lot of big muscle cramps, usually in his feet. Its always bothered me, but he hasn't seen a doctor yet...then tonight at dinner he couldnt even get his spoon balanced and knocked rice on the table. And at one point was just sort of staring at his plate and when I asked what was wrong he said he just couldnt get his thoughts together to move his fork the way he wanted to. And he was moving it around the plate, but not lifting it up...and then of course that went away and he was fine. He describes his tremors as when he relaxes his body, that that is the only time his muscles spasm. The spasms are all the time, when hes driving, when hes laying down, if he watches tv, before he falls asleep, even when hes standing if hes not moving. Its sometimes just his legs, but sometimes seems to come from his core and go everywhere. I havent told him anything besides that I think he should go to the doctor, but the more i read about parkinsons, the more it makes me uneasy.
Does anyone recognize these as early symptoms...should i rea;lly stress that he goes to see a doctor? Im worried about him, but i dont want to worry him if its nothing.
