Drip, drip ... will the affects ever end?

I had my surgery just three weeks after you, and although I was out of the pads at five weeks, I still had some slight stress incontinence that was consistently inconsistent, and if I would try to go out on a 30 or 40 minute run I would start a small drip. Just too much pounding and bouncing for the bladder and sphincter. However, just in the last couple of weeks I’ve been able to go about 50 minutes on the treadmill maintaining between 60 and 80% of my maximum heart rate and have been staying dry. I still get a couple of small drops in my shorts sometimes after urinating but hey, that happened when I had a prostate too. It's no big deal and doesn't bother me.

So, I’m guessing that random drip will go away. You sound like me. I am such a perfectionist, and I still check the meatus from time to time to make sure I don’t have a drip!

This is to say:
To stop "stress leakage:"
We develop a sub-conscious ability to support
our unconconsciously controlled bladder valve
with our pelvic floor muscles. 
(Most here call this the "kegel sphincter.") 

Doing these "calesthenics"
(cf. Labrian Tantronics on 33 LP album "Blows Against the Empire" by J. Starship)
  doing these "calesthenics" whenever you think of them will
   give your sub-conscious efforts more muscle tone to recruit from and
        speed you toward  your goal of no leaks in all circumstances.
          (Even after a drink or two I surprisingly have found.)
