Seeking information on Ductal Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate

I did Search on the forum and found no information. on this type of Prostate Cancer

 

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of Ductal Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate?

 

Apparently, this is a very rare form of Prostate Cancer. My 70 year old father has just been diagnosed with it. Does anyone have experience or expertise with this? Does anyone know of any doctors who specialize in this type of cancer?
