Went to see my urologist yesterday for a PSA followup

Psa stayed the same as it was 4 months ago 0.16, no change.

Not as good a a lowering PSA but the next best thing

Mike, I think that is great news....Staying the same at that low level is fantastic! Keep up with the Pomegranite juice and blueberries. The frozen ones are just as good as fresh....Di

Hi Mike,
We have had a bunch of the guys checking in that have been gone from HW for a while. It's like a reunion. And I mean a good one!

You're doing great and you still have a lot of ammo should you need it. Stay close, my friend...
