Yes, I do and I understand where you are coming from. At 16 months post surgery, I still have a little problem with it. I have learned to control my muscles that I have left to retain urine, and really bear down on holding back when having an orgasm. It can be a little distracting from the pleasure of experiencing one. Most times I succeed, the more intense the orgasm, the more likely I will leak a little. But a little isn't much, maybe a tablespoon or less. I have much less problem holding it when I am using an injection produced erection, however. The Trimix really helps to control the urine release. All I can tell you is to practice concentrating on holding back the release during orgasm, if you can, or consider using injections if you aren't still on the Bimix to help you out with it.

I am 9 months post op and have this same problem.  Great question for the old guys to see if this does get better with time.  I really hope so.  I too have less leaking with Viagra but still some just the same.  I missed participtaing in another other aspect of our sexual relationship ( you know) so we tried flavored condoms and that seems to be an acceptable alternative until I can get the faucet fixed.

Also I use a restrictor ring as well and that does help.  So with Viagra and the ring and a towel and all the other prep stuff we are able to have a good relationship and for that I am very thankful.  I have been married for 37 years so we are old pro's,  I sympathise with the brothers who have a new or multiple partners.

This is evidently a common occurance that the docs should tell us about but usually don't.  I too have the problem but since I have a penile implant which does produce a good erection, that restricts the flow somewhat too.  I also have a AUS which also restricts the urine... but not 100% all the time.  As mentioned, so does a ring.  But you need to remember that urine is sterile.  We don't do oral anyway, so that's not been a problem.  When I first experienced this I thought my wife would never consider having relations witout a condom, but now it really is no problem. A little clean up aferward is all it takes.
