Thanks for the info and words of incouragement. I can tolerate the ED - that will come back in time (sooner the better). Its the leakage that I am having a problem dealing with. I have seen several guys on this site that have had little to none and wish I could have experienced the same.

I have tied couple of those pumps ...at first went with the Obson erect aid that was the extremely expensive one ... and return it as my Insurance did not cover it as well .. BUT i found after research that the one by Augusta Medical is the one that is most similar to the Obson one and comes with all the Lubs and rings for just $105 which is a fraction of the price

here is the link .. i am using it for over a year and i am very happy with the results ... i use the rings just to "train" the vessels to keep the blood in the penis ....

you are in the VERY early stages ... it takes alot of Patience and work ... i started to see real improvemnets 10 to 12 months out and sems like your recovery is on the right track and you should see results soon ..

I have the Osbon pump. It cost $495 at a local medical supply store. It would have been $595 if purchased directly from company!

I use it most days but have never had a stand up erection. I'm not real pleased with results but keep using it just to keep blood flow going. I can actually get a better erection by using hand (maybe 3/4 of pre-surgery at this point) so I don't really understand what the purpose of the thing is. I have not had an erection good enough with pump to be able to even use the bands yet. But then maybe I'm afraid to pump too much to have blood vessel damage, etc.

Anyone else have the same problem?

yo are still early in the recover especially wit only one side nerve bundle spared .. it takes between 6 to 24 months to see some results but the fact you can even get it to 3/4 is is wonderful news ... keep on pacticing ... and there will not be any blood vessels damages up to the point of being over erected .. but as long as you not yet at 100% erection you can be sure you are safe...

I could buy on at any local adult store, but Medicare and my insurance paid for it.  I'm just lucky I guess.  The ones at the adult stores generally don't taper at the penile end which makes it difficult for the ring usage, but yes you can aquire one under a hundred or less.

Hi I had my surgery Dec 22 and for 5 weeks let it heal and found that flaccid was very short. I bought the Encore deluxe pump and started not pumping fully at first just to get blood flowing, after a week I noticed my flaccid state was much longer no more digging to find it to pee. Now I'm pumping daily for 15 to 20 min. I also bought 2 foam sleeves and had to use the large one but no means I'm a big guy just could not get the medium one on. I was 4.75 flaccid and 6.25 hard before surgery. What I do is pump with the sleeve on and off to move blood lube good and shake the tube as it will stick in the tube. After I get it fully erect I hold the pump for about 5 min at full erect. Now I pull the sleeve off and put the tube on with 2 rings loaded, took awhile to get the right combo then I pump again no sleeve and my girth is so large it pretty much fills the tube. Now my length is at 6.75". I mark the top of the tube with a marker as I progress so I know where I left off. Now once fully hard I pop the rings both on and I'm good to go for a good 20 min. Works great for the wife but I have not had an orgasm with a pumped erection. I have had several not using the pump and working him while watching some ****. I'm not sure if its the in-natural state when I'm pumped up with the rings or not. I will keep working at it, I'm 62 wife is 50 so cant stop now besides before surgery I could have sex everyday if I could. Some nerves were spared and Dr. said I had a nice woody when he was closing me up and I had one that same night. I have yet to have another one where I had any wood. I do so often get a nice tingle but that is it.
Anyone else having a hard time pumped up and having an orgasm?

The thing that most all ved's are missing is a tpr sleeve. You can get them on ebay if you search for soft tpr sleeve. Don't get anything silicone. Those are worthless. Get the flesh colored soft stretchy tpr sleeve and it will make a ved work like never before. TPR is thermo-plastic rubber.

If it's not too late, I have a barely used pump at home that I'd be glad to part with. I can get the brand info for you if you are interested. I wasn't crazy about the pump and quickly switched to TriMix and then Cialis as it began to work.

So, if lightly used is something you would consider, I might be able to save you a bunch of money.
