When to start Vacuum Pump

Hi Guys,  Been nine weeks now since operation, nothing happening with the old fella, not responding much to meds.  My question is, and I know I must be patient, when should I start the vacuum pump, should I wait and see for a bit longer if the meds start to kick inn, or start the pump ? idea .   Achieving orgasm is not a problem, and I can achieve about a 30-40% erection at this time, is this a sign of better things to come.?

My surgeon started me on injections and the pump 6 weeks out from surgery. My instructions for pump use was to pump untill it began to hurt a little, hold it for a few moments and release the pressure. Then repeat the process for about 15 minutes twice a day, when I am not injecting. I have found that even the number 10 ring is too painful to use so I just pump and hold.

Sounds like you are progressing pretty well and there are be better things to come in your future!

Like sandstorm, my doc said 6 weeks, twice a day, 3 times or so each time, with no rings to start. Pump up and hold for a minute or so, repeat 3 times. Your 30-40% is a very good sign of success ahead....

30 - 40 % erection?  You are doing well.  Ask you doctor about the pump.  Probably the sooner the better.  Don't wait to ask at six months like I did. turn
