I am scheduled for implant surgery in about 6 weeks. My surgeon recommended I pump twice a day until then for (hopefully) improved length results. My question is this: The instuctions with the pump show how to pump it up and apply the bands for sexual use, but no information is given on using the pump for rehabilitation purposes. Is there a different method? I currently pump it as much as I can and leave it for about 5 minutes.

I pump and leave it for several minutes.....release the presure and repeat the process a few more times.

If you're doing it just to gain some length, I see no reason to use constriction bands. Apart from, that what you're doing seems about right.

You don't use the bands for rehab. Just use the pump twice a day to get an erection.

Sounds like you got it right. The instructions say not to rubber band longer than 20 to 30 minutes. Wouldn't want something to fall off. Check with your uro first. Could you keep me abreast of your situation? I may be borderline implants also.
