New Diagnosis

I posted here a few months ago when my boyfriend had an elevated psa. Today they told him T2c Gleason 4+4 10 PSA. They scheduled surgery a month from now at the VA here in Ohio. I told him he needs an opinion from a specialist. Anyone have one in Ohio to recommend? Someone recommended a book to me before also, but I can't find the post. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading.

Under resources post in the top of this forum there are a number of comprehensive books under books recommended by members. We used the first couple listed when my husband was diagnosed - Scardino and Walsh's books. All books listed have been highly recommended by forum members so worth a look. Good luck with your search for information and Specialists in your area. I am sure you will find a wealth of info here. There is also lots of information under various topics in the members thread section of the same thread at the top which you may want to browse through as questions come up. kind regards, Lana
