yeah I have been on blood pressure medicene due to Cluster headaches. For about a year now Little willy does not nono come out to play much anymore at least he does not have good posture at all
sad When I pump I get a little head shot but not much which is an ongoing problem for a year or more now. So I take my quarter Viagra and try to pump to no avail. My wife then lends a hand still not much. My wife the saint to put up with me confused has used some oral persuasion and a i have had a dry orgasm WOW was I surprised I thought that it would never happen the pump helps little but my wife is a saint any other similar. Not to get to dirty but is this normal? these meds keep lots of willys from standing at attention? Please do not lot my wife stand alone Truths wanted only

Greetings, Timmy.  I have often said my wife is a real trooper.  She is more responsible for getting me through this than anyone else.  She not only encourages me so that my mental outlook is good - and we all know that is important when it comes to getting erections, but she also is willing to do whatever is needed to stimulate me physically.  I often tell her that if new wives could just spend a few hours with her and let her teach them a few things, the divorce rate would go way down.  And this is after 36 great years together.  David

The unfortunate truth is that your erectile performance after surgery is unlikely to be any better than it was before. At only two months since surgery there is still lots of healing that is likely to go on so do not think that what you have now is all that you will end up with. You are currently on very low dose Viagra and you may want to talk to your uro about a higher dose for special occasions. Also remember that different men react differently to the three main ED drugs, so you still have lots of possibilities.

If your blood pressure medication seems to be a part of the problem, talk to the doctor that prescribed it. There are a lot of possible choices for treating BP and you may be able to find one with less ED effect.

CPA is right -- an understanding and encouraging wife is just about the best possible treatment available. When things get tough we find out how much we are blessed.

We are had very similar results, but not as soon as you are having them. You are not even 2 months post-op and you already achieved an orgasam, that is pretty good. The nerves that were spared during surgery were damaged and need time to heal. We didn't get back in the game (intercourse) until 9 months post op and still it is only with Viagara. Be patient and enjoy yourselves, you are doing well.
