Post Surgery undies!

I encountered the same experiences post-op.  I found the protective briefs uncomfortable and too bulky for me to use for working in the office, though - and the material chafed the inside of my thighs.  I continued with the jockey briefs and pads and though at times the jockey's became damp that issue subsided as the leaking subsided - over a period of about 3-months.  I worried about nighttime leaking so I wore the protective briefs, but I quickly learned/observed that I didn't leak at night - so I stopped using them.  Thanks for the report.

I've never liked boxers so I was really lucky.
I've always worn-er wait for it - black silk briefs.
I've always liked the support I would get from briefs
and the silk idea came from researching travel wear; they are so easy to wash and dry overnight whilst travelling.
And of course black just doesn't show the dirt...!

I don't reall need them now but if I'm going to a concert or somewhere where I may feel uncomfortable for whatever reason
I place one of those sticky-backed Ladies pads from Walgreens (UltraThin regular)
at the front of my briefs.
I'd prefer a larger triangular shaped pad but this type is the best I've found so far
and isn't bulky nor uncomfortable.
