Hoping this isn't too descript
ive for some...
I happened to notice that the head shape, when erect, is not what it used to be. Sort of looks like it's pulled in a bit. I'm not sure if this is recent or has been this way since surgery. It would correlate with having pain at full erection. I told my doc today, and he checked for Peyronie's which is something else affecting the curvature, which I don't have, but it's close enough to be worth checking, and that wasn't conclusive.
Anyone having a similar experience?

If you are inducing the erection by injection, I have seen reports that the head is not as full as before surgery -- the injections work mainly by expanding the cavernosa.
I didn't notice much difference in my case though, and I did check, having seen references to it in this forum.

I'm not using injections--but I wonder, is that true even for those who haven't had PCa surgery (and need injections for some other reason)?

Once again, sorry if this is a bit too descript
ive...Post-surgery about
2 inches shorter, slight curvature to the right and upwards. Pump induced erection was engorged, slightly purple in color and full but limp at the base (we called it "turnip on a hinge"). Trimix injections much more normal, but Piano is correct the head is not as full or hard as before. Only natural reaction without pharmacutical assistance is some size increase and a slight firmness in the lower third.
Best,
Mike

The only weiner I know personally or an intimate with is my own, and at almost 1 year post surgery, it looks the same both flacid and errect.

I _think_ the head is as hard as before, but is not as full. Of course, I never took any pictures (!), and I'm not sure I trust my memory.
Must be a good joke in here somewhere. Hope it's not too serious a matter. I'm still hoping it will get better with more time and healing.
