20 month's out, no change in ED. So this is Pca

As the signature shows, there's no sign of problems, except for the fact of ED.

I knew that there were varying degree's of ED expected, and was hoping for the 24 month comeback.

My experience is that none of the pills do anything for Junior who is a fraction of his former self.

I was told by the Doctor that he saved one bundle, but I'm beginning to think he may have slipped with the scalpel.

As a young child, we were told by the Health Nurse that boys cannot walk and urinate, that all erections were related to sexual thoughts, that it was impossible for a boy to urinate with an erection, and that we were incapable of having an orgasm unless we were erect. I have come to realize that the Health Nurse was as correct as the Doctor.

I admit that I never had an orgasm without having an erection before surgery, but there was no way I knew of to test that trick out before now.

Prior to surgery, there was no way that Billy was going to find himself at a nudist colony. Now, I would fit right in. That's good for me, but not for ML.

I started on Testosterone Gel this past summer to try to see if it would give Junior a little boost in conjunction with the blue pill. Admittedly, I did not stick to the prescription because I didn't want to supply a dinner for anything that still might be lurking in my system from the PCa. Since the PSA has not reacted to the Testosterone, I'm inclined to increase the dose to Prescription levels of once a day.

If that fails, I'll consider the injections, but I keep looking at that needle and Junior, and I think I'd rather beat him with a baseball bat. Needles are just not my cup of tea.

Billy, so your weiner is still not cooperating with you. That far out, with no results, I think even I would be considering the little stick to the prick, sure seems to be a lot of sucess here with the guys that do it. Good luck.

I tried the VED in the very beginning. It worked OK, but as soon as the pressure is released, the tire went flat. I know that it's supposed to work with those rings, but there's no way to get them on when Junior isn't interested.

ML tried to stretch a ring by pulling the little handles apart this morning. Once I was plied off the cieling after one of the handles snapped, it took 15 minutes to get the rest of it off Junior who was no happy camper. The VED is fun to watch, but that's about it.

No installer, and the tube is as fat as a water glass. I think I would rather try a twisty tie.

OK, you got a couple options. You need to get all the part to your VED. You are missing a crucial piece if you don't have the cone that allows the ring to slip onto the tube of the pump. Once you get all pumped up, you slip the ring off the tube and onto the base of your dick.

There are also a few other things. Intraurethral Trimix, invented by a dr. Shoemaker in St. Louis. Trimix Gel is also an option. These work in about 40%-50% of men. The injections are over 90%. Try the shots. Most guys love the results. It is insignificant pain.

Sounds like the one nerve that was saved may have been damaged as well. There are lots of options, just gotta wanna bad enough.

Once you try a shot you will be seriously, make that seriously pissed off at yourself for waiting this long. And thats not even close to how mad your wife will be with you at not trying this last year

It is so not a big deal giving oneself a shot its not funny and the benefit is amazing, 1.5 to 2 hrs of non-stop enjoyment for you and your wife

You're talking to a man who waited until he was 38 before he married because of the blood test involved.

After Prostate Surgery, Hernia Surgery, and 3 surgeries on my hand all in the past 2 years, I'm a little less terrified of needles, but not much.

I'm also HIGHLY protective of Junior, he's been with me now for 65 years.

Billy...if you don't mind me asking a personal question...but do you or have you smoked tobacco. The reason for the question is I was told by my uro when I was diagnosed that if I had been a smoker, the chances of ED would be greater due to lower blood flow after surgery in the pelvic area. Blood flow is important for healing and recovery of the nerves in addition to erections. Just a question, and if you don't want to answer that is okay.

Ok, I give. What happens at the end? Do you just quit when the body parts are raw? Or is there that old familiar pulsing? I'd better get in shape. I can't even watch TV for more than an hour now.
I'll ask about it at my 6 month visit. I'll admit this gives me some hope.

I tried the MUSE and all it gave me was the alprostadil pain, which is a dull ache that lasts for an hour or more. I read somewhere that MUSE works in only 35% of the men that try it.

Now I do the Trimix Injection which works fine, but I also developed Peyronies Disease. However, I think I caused the PD due to using double constriction rings with a VED. I was also injecting too close to my body for awhile with the Trimix.

Anyway, I'm on Vitamin E and Trental for the PD and the plaque/scar tissue has stopped growing. I hope in another 6 months to be completely free of the Peyronies.

If you do try the Injections at some point, make sure that you do not inject in the half of Junior that is close to body. Like others on here, the Trimix lasts for at least 2 hours for me.

Its a great experience, you do not need to rest, your wife might though.

You can quit at anytime, just take a couple of Sudafed and its back down in 30 minutes. It would be pretty tough to walk around for the hour with a full erection.

At the end, do you mean what happens when the shot wears off ? your erection simply goes down to about 70,% then, 50% and slowly goes back to 0 in another couple hours

My body parts have not become raw, if you need to pick up some HerGel or Astroglide both at CVS to help keep all parts well lubed

A lot of guys have just learned to live with it. Before taking Jr. for a solo walk, make him empty everything he has.

If a little pee comes out during the trotting phase, just don't worry about it. It doesn't hurt the little women, might make a little mess, but as men, especially the bareback riders, we've mad a mess before.

I think sometimes we are so self concious about it, that it becomes much worse than what it is. Mine is getting better with time also. You know what they say, practice makes perfect !
