  For those who responded to my (no subject) Pump questions...thanks.

 

 I am as impatient as ever. I am taking  10mg ciali/day. My results are thus far dissappointing.

 

My Dr. is (and always has been) very conservative with meds.

 

I am wondering if anyone would comment on their dosage experimentation. I have not read any negative results or reactions to exceeding my dosage of cialis. If there is a "link" please share the info.

Hi Erick..........be patient. You're only 4 months out from surgery. None of us on this site have exactly the same results. Some recover from ED more quickly than others, some recover more quickly from incontinence than others, etc.------but just as an inexact reference for you, I'm about 10 months out from surgery, and just started having some success in the ED dept at the 9-month mark. Nothing major, mind you, but movement in the right direction. I've been taking 100mg of Viagra a night for about 7 months with the blessing of my surgeon and treating uro. Sometimes I get the stuffy head side effect, and sometimes some flushing, but nothing I can't live with...haven't worked with Cialis, so i can't comment there. But I think that you're a little early in the game to be too disappointed with results at this point. It's a process that sometimes doesn't move as quickly as we'd like. The rule of thumb for ED recovery is 6-24 months. Some get there more quickly, others take longer. So hang in there, keep with the meds (perhaps ask if you can try another kind) and also check into using a pump. Stay tuned to this site, and others, as you know, will jump in with their two cents.

Hi Erick, probably gonna have to be patient! Everyone is different some sooner than others. I was 2 years and it went from nothing to something. Good luck and good luck with the psa's also. BTW I don't need any meds at all at this point.

Isn't 10 mg a half doze? Perhaps you should ask about uping the med.

Yes - 10mg cialis/day is a half dose.

Talk to your doctor before using more.

Simply take two 10 mg pills at once, a single 10mg pill is simply not enough to get the ball rolling

Be patient, at 4 months you may still have a ways to go.

Mine has told me repeatedly one yr before I would get consistent results with oral medications., until then the Trimix shot works like a champ every time

FYI, Trimix is far cheaper than even generic Cialis and no worries if it work or not

Assuming you don't already have low blood pressure (who does??) you can always take the full dose of any of the ED meds -- check with your Doc if you have any doubts. I've been using all three for 10 months with nothing much to show. I have mentioned before that most Docs know that nothing is going to happen no matter how much you take in the early months so why waste the money using full doses? Of course since a full dose costs the same as a half dose you should at least ask your doc to go full dose so you can cut them. BUT your insurance might insist paying only for say 15 x 5mg cialis per month. That is what Medco allows for me. I accept them just to stretch my ADC stash. You can always try a full dose once a week or something just to check if it helps. You wouldn't want to be moping along on half dose only to realize more does work -- unlikely, but possible.

And don't forget using All Day Chemist to get plenty of full doses on the cheap.

(also take my advice and don't order from ADC during Thanksgiving-Xmas time! They must get overwhelmed at customs around this time. I have an order that went in on Nov 16 and is still sitting there (NY City). Other times it's in and out in a day or so.

I was patient for almost 6 months with the Big 3 pills and got  no results except a headache, (mine, not my wife's) and a stuffy nose.  I was hesitant about injections but I was also highly motivated to regain what had been an active love life with my wife.  I started using Trimix 3 1/2 yrs ago and have never regretted it.  I will most likely never have natural erections again but I get great ones with Trimix. 

It has been said by many on this forum that using injections my also help in recovery of ED.  Lots of reasons to try it.  Very few reasons not to.  The best of luck to you.

My doctor had given me cialis 20mg after surgery and I was getting lots of headaches. I then tried viagra 20 mg and that worked great.
