Hi Erick..........be patient. You're only 4 months out from surgery. None of us on this site have exactly the same results. Some recover from ED more quickly than others, some recover more quickly from incontinence than others, etc.------but just as an inexact reference for you, I'm about
10 months out from surgery, and just started having some success in the ED dept at the 9-month mark. Nothing major, mind you, but movement in the right direction. I've been taking 100mg of Viagra a night for about
7 months with the blessing of my surgeon and treating uro. Sometimes I get the stuffy head side effect, and sometimes some flushing, but nothing I can't live with...haven't worked with Cialis, so i can't comment there. But I think that you're a little early in the game to be too disappointed with results at this point. It's a process that sometimes doesn't move as quickly as we'd like. The rule of thumb for ED recovery is 6-24 months. Some get there more quickly, others take longer. So hang in there, keep with the meds (perhaps ask if you can try another kind) and also check into using a pump. Stay tuned to this site, and others, as you know, will jump in with their two cents.
