Im 26 with problem of frequent urination for over 6 years now. Lately for the past few years, it's been at night where i"d go multiple times. During the day at work, also multiple times per hour. But when at home before going to bed, not so much, even when at the gym, not so much. I also drink a lot of water at work 3-4 bottles.

Back in 2007 or 2008 when I had insurance, went to see an Urologist and he said my prostate was slightly inflamed. Gave me antibiotics and it eventually went away. Few months ago, same problem, and doc said its not really inflamed but gave me antibiotics again. Took a few weeks and major symptoms went away, except the frequent urination. That never seems to go away.

I'm back at it again now. One thing I remember from this time and from a few months ago, I had ejaculation in the middle of the night while sleeping, then symptoms started after that. Is it just me or has this happened/happens to guys my age? Not sure what else to do since I have no insurance. The doc's gonna give me more antibiotics if I go to him again.

Sounds like you keep getting UTI's, Urinary Tract Infections. You need to get back to the doctor, even if it means going through an Emergency Room or a free clinic. If you are having an infection again, you will end up being in worse shape doing nothing, as it may spread beyond your bladder to your kidney. A good urologist should be able to track down your problem and find a longer solution to it.

ahhh urologist will cost a lot wouldn't it? Since I have no insurance

Yes, but you go through a public ER first, they have to see you without funds, and from there, they can hook you up with a staff urologist at the least. It may be something else wrong too, but again, a good urologist will be a good starting point for whatever ails you.

thanks, i'll see if the present doc that I went to can refer me to one. He only charges $50 for visit. I think the ER might cost too much

Why don't you just try to cut down on your liquid intake for a while and see if it helps. A lot of people drink way more water than they need. Try no liquids at all after 6 pm.

I have though about that too, but then my urine becomes yellow and if its too severe yellow, it feels way uncomfortable. Well, at least I'm flushing out my kidney all day long hah

I'm drinking about 85 oz of water so that shouldn't be too much, since I work out at the gym as well
