Well David, I feel somewhat guilty posting my good news after I read about you continuing trials. I certainly wish you all the best over the next little while and hopefully when this is all behind you there will be a better quality of life to enjoy.

David,

I am sorry you are having such a long recovery but sounds like your Doctor is playing it safe and wants to be sure everything is good before it tries to remove the Cath for good. You have had such a tough journey so far my friend I know things have to get easier for you in the future.

Thanks Jerry, I sincerely hope your radiation treatments are mostly uneventful to you, just keep knocking them off one day at the time.

Yeah, my uro/surgeon knows first hand all the hell I have been going through, the past 15 months in particular.

He did mention, that if this scarring over continues in the future, and it very well might, then its remotely possible he made have to do a perm installation of a device, not a catheter, that empties it self to a bag, lost the name of it for a minute.

I know one thing, I don't want to end up with corrective surgeries once or twice a year for the rest of my life.

Jerry, I will be most happy when you end your RT, and when you get your first post RT number, then perhaps you will be in a position to chillout and relax a fewyears.

Thanks and hugs, Sephie. Was hoping to hear from you and John. We are still thinking about making a run to NYC sometime this year for sure, as soon as I can ever get better. Hope you are both doing fine.
