I've been using offshore pharmacies for years. I was without insurance for quite a few years, got antibiotics and drugs for my BPH (Avodart, Uroxatral, Arcoxia) at a fraction of US price. India is probably the biggest pharmaceutical producer in the world, serves all of SE Asia. I've never had a problem. Prices vary depending on who is selling (does that sound familiar)?
I have never used All Day, but was going to try them when my stash gets low. The outfit I have been using is very professional, consistent, email follow up and a post sale satisfaction survey. I order quite a bit at a time to take advantage of the discounts. It comes registered mail, takes about
two weeks.
If you think you have it bad with Viagra, be thankful that you don't have pulmonary arterial hypertension. That is treated with Revatio, the exact same sildenafil citrate you get in Viagra, but because of the FDA labeling, and the patent, it costs about
$900 /month Dosage is typically 30 mg 3 x day.
Viagra (generic sildenafil citrate) is also available cheaply in Mexico and Central America. I think some of the variation in quickness and side effects has to do with how the pill is manufactured. I used to cut my 100 mg tabs into quarters. Some brands are dense, others are powdery. It would make sense that the powdery ones disolve quicker. While I was living part of the year in Costa Rica I used this white, small, diamond shaped 50 mg pill. It was known as killer Columbian (manufactured in Columbia). It took longer to work, again probably due to the tight compaction of the material. They had a score mark across the diamond that made them easy to cut in half. Kind of like a miniature white Viagra tablet.
For the longest time my wife was taking about
16mg Viagra daily (more or less, I would set aside the less than 25 mg chips from the pill cutter for her. She was using it to treat a mild blood pressure condition. Remember that was what Viagra was initially developed for. It had the same effect on her that it has on me, in terms of increased blood flow to the same area. Her blood pressure came down and stayed down, so she is presently not taking anything. I miss those days. There was this plumpness . . . .
I've ordered Cialis from India without problem. I prefer Viagra, but my urologist thinks the Cialis is better, enhanced blood flow for a longer period, so I defer to his wishes. I take the 36 hour pill (20mg) every other day now. My erectile ability is approaching pre-surgery levels (at 6 months post-op), but I still pump 3X weekly. I think the Viagra has more of a bang to it, more immediate action then Cialis, but I'm in this for the long term.
On the customs issue, I used to bring a large quantity in through Miami. I would always declare them on the customs form. I always had friends who would twist my arm for the pills, Viagra was and still is so expensive. I once brought in 300 pills. The customs agent never batted an eye. I used to bring back large quantities of booze too, mostly high quality rum. Here again, as long as you declare it, no problem. They MAY charge you a $1 bottle duty, but usually can't be bothered. They REALLY get bent when you try to slip something by them.
State law prevails. For example, if you clear customs in Arizona, you can only bring in 1 liter. They can (and are supposed to) confiscate the rest. I believe California is the same. This is due to legislation that the liquor lobby pushed through.
Things change, so check before you load up. I haven't been out of the country for a year now, with the PCa and all.
