Just talked to my nurse at the urologist's office and she reported that my latest PSA is <0.04, undetectable! 

It has been a little bit of a roller coaster year (see numbers below), but I'll take it! 

I feel pretty good with over 2 years as a member of the PCa Survivor club.

Thanks for your continued friendship and support.

I know that there are those who will argue that the ultrasensitive causes you needless worry, because all of your readings have been less than .1, but I think that it would make me feel much better to see even the small increases and decreases.

Congrats on the zero's. You give us guys hope.

Biker... I just finished that ride on my moto... 43 degrees outside,  but sunny and it felt great!  Thanks for the poetic suggestion.  I did want to ride all the way to Spokane, but alas, I only have a 250cc.  tongue
