help please!

This is kind of a personal topic, I hope I don't make anyone feel akward. I'm getting married to my boyfriend soon, this issue won't change my mind about anything but it does concern me. It's about his testicals. One is lower then the other which isn't a problem, but all of his tubing is in the one sack or side  There is a huge difference in size. He has gotten physicals and the docters said he's fine (without bringing up the testical issue with the docter). But one time I told him to go back and point it out to the docter. So we went together and he made the docter feel the tubing in his sack on the one side. He said there may be something blocking the tube which is why it's "backed up" and all on the one side. But re-assured him that he's fine. I could tell my fiance was really uncomfortable, so we didn't stay long and discuss everything that we should have. He also gets pain in penis sometimes after sex, he says it usually happens if he doesn't pee first but sometimes it's really bad and freaks me out. I'm worried that it may be prostate cancer or testicalur cancer. I'm even scared we won't be able to have children. I love him just the same either way, I just want him to feel normal and be okay. He won't go back to the docter now because the docter says he's fine, he believes him. I know it's probably nothing, right. I try and say we're young this can't happen to us, but what if something is wrong. I don't want to be foolish so I thought I'd ask for some help here if I can't get him to go back to the docters right now. Thanks for your time, Fayth.

P.S. He's only 22 years old and his testicals have been this way for at least 7-8 years.

Thanks for your reply, really made my day! I didn't think it was serious otherwise it would probably be mush more painful but you never know, right? Now all I'm worried about is what if we can't have children. There must be a reason for this strange symptom. What kind of tests would a urologist perform? Would they be able to tell him if we could concieve? We are in know hurry to have children right now but some day would be nice. Also this is kind of off topic but do you know how long a filling should stop hurting lol?

I am 57 yrs old and have the exact same as you describe. Went to urologist when I was 14 yrs old because I was worried about it. He told me it was just the way it develops on some men and not to worry about. It never got any bigger or smaller and is the same now as it was then. I have two children so it had no effect on fertility.

I can't wait to get home and tell him the good news! For the longest time he thought something was wrong with him. I was actually the first person he ever told after 8 years. I'm sure he'll be really happy to hear he's not the only one with these varicose veins. Do you guys think he should still go see a urologist?

Thanks Neil, I'll see if I can get him to go. Now after all the replies and situations I told him about he feels normal knowing he's not the only one. That's all that matters to me.
