The Shirt

It started out as a joke. A co-worker of mine who is also a prostate cancer survivor and I often discuss our experiences as we journey down the PC path.

We were on the subject of incontinence when I suggested it would be fun to have a tee shirt about how we are not peeing in our pants. His son has a business that makes custom shirts so I asked him to make me such a shirt. My intent was to get my wife to yell at me, after which I would most likely put the shirt away.

He had the shirt made and in light blue colors it said:

Happiness is ...
not peeing in my pants

prostate cancer survivor


I wore the shirt returning home from work expecting to have some fun. My wife took one look at the shirt and told me it was awesome. What a wonderful statement. Needless to say I was taken aback. Then I realized that she was right. I began to see the message in a completely different light.

We were planning to attend a wine tasting festival later in the day and my wife suggested that I wear the shirt, which I did. I was treated to numerous thumbs up and congratulations. One young lady came up to me ad said she liked my shirt. She told me she was a nursing student and that it was heartening to see a positive outcome.

I learned an important lesson that day ...

Viagra is working on some new slogans. Here's a few they came up with:

We work harder, so you don't have to.
Viagra, when it absolutely, positively has to be there tonight.
Strong enough for a man, but made for a woman.

The difference between Niagara and Viagra? Niagara Falls.

New plans are being made to raise the Titanic. Experts plan to pump it full of Viagra, and expect it to raise right up.

 

I hope to be able to buy one of those shirts some day!
