I didn't ask for it. I had taken no pill. A stiffy on its own with just a little nudge. It didn't last long but it did happen. Maybe not blue steel, but it did happen all by itself. Then a week later, it happened again. No more pills, the pump was dusty, I had all but given up. Oh how I longed for the days when I would have to put my hands in my pocket to keep Billy bulge from showing.

I do remember when I first lost the walnut, a guy posting that he had gotten a stiffy after two years and he had given up.

I guess it just takes a long time and maybe just as important, don't try so hard.

I hope this helps someone else.

Congratulations! I have only 1 year and 11 months to go! Were your nerve bundles removed when you had your surgery?

Conrats to you wd40. Now break out some WD40 and lube it up and use it! Well maybe use the KY jell instead of WD40.

That is certainly inspiring news and I am very encouraged by your report. However, it gets me thinking my surgeon has been right all along. He is not a fan of pumps, pills, pricks, and anything else we try to make little johnny become big bad john. Maybe it's all a waste of time and money and we should just let nature take its course. We need a large study of men with nerves spared, half do nothing, the other half pump, prick, and take pills and compare the results. After one year, how many can get it up. After two years how many?

Congratulations WD40

At some time you might want to ask your doctor about some 20mg samples of Cialis.

Split then 4 ways with sharp diagonal pliers. Then try 1/4 of tablet or approximately 5mg daily for a couple of weeks.

This daily low dose works wonders for me including waking up in a "ready state" like a teenager.

Without the daily low dose Cialis, there are very few surprises.

Hello wd40

This is how that happened to me.  This took place 1 1/2 years after surgery.  I then knew I was going to be fine.  I just had to rehabilitate and did.

A birthday pool party for a Grandson gets us all together, 20-30 people.  My daughter in law is of Cuban heritege. She was sisters.  One of those sisters is a knockout and she has a new bikini.  Waterpolo in the pool and I'm sitting in the cabana with ice tea watching that bikini.  My goodness it starts.  It grows, it bulges. it protrudes and felt wonderful but embarrasing.  I mean "HELLO BUDDY, WELCOME BACK.  WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SO LONG"  I quickly grabbed a towel and went to the bathroom.  It went down just as quick as it came up and before I could do anything about it too, darned.

Congratulations your not back but your working on it now aren't ya?

hi so pleased for you .i am getting impatiant after 4 months as cialis and viagra have no effect.the pump works but i dont stay hard for long.just hope i dont have to wait that long

Appreciate the encouragement. At about 19 months after surgery I'm still 100 percent comatose in the ED department.

We use a pump but a little differently then some other people.  We don't use the pump before intercourse.  We use it to condition my tissue.  I get decent erections now with 1/2 a 20mg Levitra only and no pump.  I get 6 free every 90 days from the VA.  We use the pump to keep my penis tissues in good condition and able to swell later with the pill.  

We and/or I make it an 30 minute exercise routine a couple times a week that goes something like this.  Take a warm bath or shower and shave "around" if needed.  Skin care with something she likes the smell of, that I can tolerate.  Apply pump with lube and raise low vac. only.  While under low vac.  I do a series of kegels as groups of 10 and then nutralize vac. to 0 each time and rest for a few minutes in between.  Usually 100 or so total.  Back and forth holding the inner muscles tight enough to make the cyclinder bounce.  That helps me keep the tissue in decent condition.  It goes up and down many times but I never go all the way to erection during exercise.

Like I said I was a long time coming but with patience things worked out just fine.  So I have a different goal when I pump. I also can endorce All Day Chemist as a vendor.

How about some of you other guys jumpin in here.  How do you use your pump and what is your routine?

:-)  We're all different.  Its been over 4 years since I have had regular erections. I can only encourage those interested, to read up on nerve regrowth.  Its a slow process, but most of all the B vitamins are helpful.
