I'm glad you posted to the site; you will be very welcome and valuable especally in the aeras of diagonostics and Hormone therapy. I have enjoyed your posts and recognize your vast knowledge knowledge on other sites.

Ustoo is a good advocacy group for patients, you can find local chapters and go to meetings, all good. I closely read the info on the estradiol patches, estrogenic useage....exactly what I have been mentioning to some people and my experience with it, refreshing to see it posted on UStoo which is not run by doctors.

At first I thought this was coming from Ralph Valle,(I see it is chas Maack), both of you have been around this dragon longer than most of us and have alot of experience in patients cases and scenarios, an education you cannot buy.  Is Ralph with UsToo in Arizona still?  I know he used to post on forums and such?

Thanks to all of you for your responses to my post. I hope that the many subjects available when opening the URL provided will address issues you may be experiencing. For John T., it appears you are in good hands with Mark Scholz, and I expect the CDU was performed by Duke Bahn. I would recommend dutasteride/Avodart during your coming "time off" from ADT to hopefully prolong that time off. Maintaining with this medication has resulted in my current second "time off" lasting nearing six years. To other friends, sorry, I won't be attending the PCRI conference this year. Not financially able this year. For any invited to the coming next March CDMRP IMPaCT (Innovative Minds in Prostate Cancer Today) conference in Orlando, I'll be there in look forward to meeting or seeing you again.
