This is my first post and I want to thank all the members for their advice.  I am scheduled for surgery on Wednesday and am at ease with my decision.  Hopefully I can share my experience and offer advice with others.

Patches, Hope all goes will with you. I must say, after is was over and I got the path results is was assuring to think that that gland was out and had been on a table somewhere being disected and analyzed by a set of human eyes. Surgery is the only method that will offer you this.

Thanks everyone for your wishes.  Yes,  I will share my experinces so others maybe encourged and learn from my experiences as I have learned from yours.
