Not to scare you Vam ,just passing this on. I read somewhere that skim milk was actually " worse " for PCA then 2% and whole as counterintuitive as that sounds. Soy milk really is pretty good with cereal. Takes a little getting use to but Iactually love it now. I drank skim milk for years.
Ahhhhh... figures, I thought it would be ok due to the 0 fat 0 Sat Fat content.... Looks like I'm going back to 1%.
If I remember... although I maybe mistaken... is Soy really better?? I thought I saw somewhere that the jury was still out on Soy Milk.
