I am taking D3 6000 units per day, my OH25 test showed 68 level which is considered good (under 30 is too low), level around 80-90 seems to be what some oncos are saying.
My brothers wife has multiple myeleoma, which is very hard to treat at all, one doc recommended ultra high dose levels (in her special case) and it worked wonders on returning her into much better health. She would have been at risk for hypercalcemia but didn't have any problems like that. Her level of D3 would not be recommended for anyone herein (LOL in shock it was like 60,000 units a day, for a little while). Her benefits were substaintial and known in her case, so we can believe what we wish.
D vitamin is not absorbed as well as D3 from what discussions were posted here before on this. This is used for boosting your immune system and helping bones is the conceived benefit.
