Water, walking, and kegels - all help.
Welcome to the zero club. You sound as though you are well on your way to healing. Will meet with my uro on Tuesday, this will be 18 monts post op. I am praying for zeroes as well. Congrats on the good results.
Great news, Mark. I hope the bladder spasms stop soon, and I'm sure that will be a great relief. "Undetectable" is a beautiful word.
Jerry L. said...Mark,Excellent news. I can relate to the sleeping thing. 45, DaVinci, undetectable?...if you tell me your from PA, I'm going to start to get worried...Again, congrats... Jerry L.
Too funny...I'm from around Hershey...if you ever need to talk, shoot me an email...I know too well how this can be extra challenging for someone in their forties...

Father of two: that's a very likely time line - take the PSA test and meet with the dr. a week later for results and a discussion of incontinence and ED. Or, if the results aren't "undetectable" a discussion of the next steps related to that news. I was very calm after my first 90 day test and remained so until the drive to meet with the surgeon, and at that time I realized I was in no way prepared for bad news. I'm not saying to worry about it, but perhaps steeling yourself for bad news and welcoming good news is more realistic. I have my 5th test tomorrow (all undetectable up till now) and it really is becoming easier.
Good luck.
