For those of us that aren't into the muscle man/work out at the gym thing, I thought I would offer an alternative thread where you can post what you enjoyed during the day instead, including diet if you want to say, or what you took. Just for fun, we all have our own ways of dealing with PC, no one is all right, and no one is all wrong.
I will start out:
Hmm, woke up at 10 this morning. Ate a bagel with cheddar cheese melted. Raced out the door, well, actually walked slowly because of snow/ice lingering. Drove 15 miles to downtown for a meeting with the IRS (Now that really counts for stress).
While driving, I thought how hard it would be to walk that far, so that made me tired. Should count as exercise.
Had lunch out, Manderin Orange Chicken Salad, and a big chocolate chip cookie, and Lemon Pellegrino
Came home at 4, walked to mailbox, could have driven, so that did count as exercise.
Ate 2 Corn Dogs and some potato chips for dinner. Thinking about unloading dishwasher, thanful wife already vacuumed house (usually my job).
Chilling out on couch, I mean, meditating at peace with the world.
Now was that a meaningful day or not? Tell me about yours. No dieting, supplements, or exercise required.
