Got the results today. .08, down from .09 and .09. Doc and I are cautiously optimistic that this may be a (the) plateau and it will hold around here. Maybe more hope than fact, but I'll take it.... Next test in June.

Great news there James. It is pleasing to see your PSA not only stop but turn around a little ------- I can feel your relief from here. A great cause for optimism indeed. Keep it up,

Way to go there James

Gotta ask you. Did you do anything different these last couple of months...for example....change in diet that might have had an effect on your psa levels remaining steady? Or any supplements you added to your daily intake.

LV, I did do a few little New Year's resolution type things. I added a daily 600mg calcium pill, an antioxodant rich multi-vitamin, a regular dose of OPCXtra, more exercise and tried to drop some of the fried red meat, but sadly didn't succeed much at that. I quietly began an experiment with the these items the day after my last test results. I have today begun 1000mg of pom. extract. in addition to the others. I am also gonna get in more treadmill, and bike time, as the weather improves.
