Yes, that lean over to pull up the pants flexes the pelvic floor muscles, so the leak happens.
Stand in the shower to avoid a mess, and try these:
- lean over while holding a kegel
- squat down and back up while holding a kegel
Just to get an idea of how the pressure changes - I see that whatever control I have is lost if I squat down without thinking ahead.
I still believe that you should do some walking, then a set of kegels. A Phys. Therapy nurse told me that walking and kegels impact the same muscles differently, so doing them in balance helps. I've seen that to be true when I've skipped my daily walks due to weather, but kept up the kegels.
And yes, maybe wear that depend with a pad at night for a while. Or get used to doing the laundry every morning.
