Sorry to read your latest stats. I was undetect. for about 18 months post op. and I began RT at a reading of .13 or .14. It sounds like you have a plan in place and I am sure all will go well. There were very few side effects for me from RT, loose bowels but not uncontrollable, and fatigue. I worked a half day from the beginning, then travelled on my own about 70 kil. each way and then home for about three months, weekends off. At the end, fatigue set in heavily (my fault), so I rested with some time off and exercised gradually to get back to normal. Yesterday my uro surg. had me in for a cystoscopy (year after radiation) to check for any possible effects on the bladder. Quite an interesting travel on the big colour screen. Only a few minor disturbances in the bladder which will eventually clear. I have been concerned about some blood in my urine (twice) as of late and he reassured me that these were scablike blood spots?? from the radiation inside the lining of the bladder that will eventually be passed out. No evidence of any scarring where the bladder and urethra were connected post op. Bonus.
Another road to travel for you and I wish you the very best outcome, Mel.
