Since I have recently graduated from the depends under garments and pads during the day to undies and pads, I have done some self research on which undies work best with pads(at least for me).
I have tried various brands with little success in keeping the pads in just the right place and help preventing scrotal leakage,until yesterday. A brand sold at JC Penny's works well. They are the Stafford performance. These undies do not have the ordinary escape route that normal briefs have. But who of us is using that any way? It does however have a little pouch in the front that with the pad makes a nice little home for the "twig and berries" to nestle in. Thus preventing any thing but full pad leaking smilewinkgrin
With these it makes me more comfortable to go out in public with out the OOPPS of side pad leakage. Enjoy!

I switched from a life time use of Fruit of the Looms to Old Navy brand upon a recommendation here a few years ago... turn Like the Penney's brand, they have a better 'pouch', and a little thicker and much, much better fitting and they stretch much less during the days wear.

I found it best to go to a smaller size than I used to wear. It makes it easier to free the equipment from a leg hole. My 'tighty whities" are indeed, tighty and whitey.

I keep the larger size for post VED use.

Depending on leakage the type of pad you buy can make a difference
The Walmart, CVS standard brand are good but the TEVA is little better anatomically fitted.

After 10 years usage I tried various ones.

After today got AUS activated so hopefully will not need another pad.

Tigerunderwearstore.com makes an incontinent brief for men and boys that looks just like a normal white brief without pouches but just has more padding. It will work if you are just leaking a little but if you are leaking a lot you can put a disposable pad in and your underwear still looks normal for the gym or whereever. They look like the JCP briefs from the 80's.
