This is a summary of diet and supplement research prepared by a nutritionist at UC San Francisco, one of the top rated cancer centers. It is not doctrinaire, it doesn't say "this will save you" but it is a good review of the research pro and con on each major food group and the major types of supplements.

Tonight I came home to salad, eggs,, bread and bacon. I didn't touch the bread or bacon but it wasn't easy.
I agree with Tony. A few years ago a i got into really good shape and worked my way down to 184lbs. I'm 6 foot. I felt so good. Now I'm about
200 and I can definitely feel the difference. I am going to work hard to go down to 190 and then slowly try to go down to 185.
