Im sorry if i am making this thread in the wrong part of the forum.

I have suffered from ED for years, which sucks because I am only 27 years old. I finally went to see my Dr. today and he gave me some samples of Levitra 20 mg. Since I dont have insurance right now, I told him that I will have insurance through work in a month or two and he said that he wants me to come back for more testing. He wants to do a blood and urine test, he also wants to test my blood for low testerone, and he wants me to see a Urologist. Also wants to do a penile ultra sound. Has anyone ever had a penile ultra sound?

When I wake up in the morning and have morning wood, it still isn't hard. I can get hard enough to get myself off but once I try and have sex, I can not get hard enough for penetration. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest, I would say that i am about a 6.5-7. When I was younger I heard a popping noise (like when you crack your knuckles) come from the top of the base numerous times.

I am very grateful for having a girl friend who understands and isn't going to put a lot of pressure on me.

I understand that ED pills work different for everyone but do you think that the 20mg will be enough for me? or is it too strong of a dose?

Im not positive but I think 20mg is a full dose.

Best of luck with finding a fix.

Levitra normal dose is 20mg. As is Cialis. Viagra is 100mg.

Can't help you on the ED part of your question, but seeing a good Urologist is a good first step on what ails you.

More testing is needed (as suggested by your Doctor), before you

can come to any conclusions.  Everything at the moment is vague.

Mike,

Could be related to many other hiding problems, Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, stress, etc can all be a cause

Also there are some things that make the oral Ed meds more effective some L-Arginine ( walnuts) and hour prior to taking the drug can increase blood flow. Google Arginine and Ed and you will find lots of info

Viagra and Levitra are designed to be taken on an empty stomach , no fat consumption for approx 1 hr prior and 2 hrs afterwards

The Viagra patent expires early in 2012, so US sold generics should be available. In the meantime Walmart sells Levitra $9 per pill no Insurance needed
