As my rehab from surgery seems to be going well, a new(well kinda old) issue has reared it's ugly head. In 2010 I was dx with Osteoarthritis in my right knee. I was given a shot of Synvisc( chicken goo as I call it),which acts as a shock absorber and lubricant for my knee, All was going well till yesterday. When I tried to get up to go potty, my right knee was locked up
Lucky for me I already had an appointment with my DO to get a shot in my hip for Bursitis. After an X ray, he informs me that the arthritis is getting worse and is starting to deteriorate the knee joint
I received a cortisone shot and was put in a new brace and I have an MRI set up for July 13th. He said that the knee will more than likely need replaced sooner that he thought
I guess things happen in 3's so this should be it for me. One thing after another it seems. Good thing I got my SSD papers in already!!!!
