20 months since surgery and the hospital says I'm a survivor ! !

So I want to assume that every new blood test will be a zero PSA. So why could I not sleep the night before my test?

Normally I have my results on-line within 2-3 hours. This time the results took 24 hours to post.

I told myself I knew I'd be a zero so why all the anxiety??

I got the numbers today and I am a zero.

In celebration of my good results, I just picked up some lottery tickets for tonight's pick 3. I went with 000 and to be safe 005 for my true technical outcome < 0.05. I also ordered another 120 generic Viagra pills from ADC.

The last line of my signature says it all. The hospital called me to schedule my next 6th month blood test and I was told they were moving me to the "Survivors Program". From their point of view I don't need to see my surgeon anymore so they are moving me to the nurse practitioner. I know many guys talk about when you are a survivor. I'm not sure I consider myself one but obviously my doctor and my hospital do.

Life is good, and as always I'm here for anyone who needs.

What! 120 Viagra pills. That's a hard act to follow, but next week I'm off for my 24 month PSA. I look forward to following in your footsteps.

To be fair it was the 60 pills + 60 free deal and since you pay $25 shipping regardless you might as well stock up.

I also see I'm almost 20 years younger than you so maybe I'm just a heavy user.

Meet me at the post office and we can divide the "spoils".

Best of luck to you but I don't think you'll need any !

You are a survivor in my book. I love those zeroes. I hope you have a lifetime of zeroes ahead of you. I too am a survivor, tomorrow will be two years  since my surgery and I am doing well. I feel as though I am truly blessed and I try and make each day count. Life is different after you have this disease, but with the help of the Lord, my beautiful wife, my family and friends, and all the good folks at Healing Well I don't have to go it alone. I meet with my Urologist next week to get the results of the latest PSA test. Of course, I want it to be zero, but I will just have to accept whatever it is.

Congratulations on your zero and I hope you win the lottery. Being in the zero club, continent from the first week and able to consume 120 Viagra pills will make anyone a survivor.

And for the record -- between quarter tablets daily and half tablets on the "important nights", 120 pills is a 2 year supply !!
