Guys,
The GFPMH NY weekend is only about 45 days away. I have no idea how many people are coming but that is ok. We can handle however many of you decide to come. (I know it is still too early for most people to decide. Some of the noobies are probably wondering if this is for real. It is.)
Among other things, I plan on having an ample supply of Solo company 16 oz Red cups on hand. smilewinkgrin

They hold 515 ml (18 oz) when filled to the brim so there is ample room for the thumb and forefinger pinch.
They have an 1/8" (3 mm) rolled lip that reduces chaffing.
They are made from 100% polystyrene for ease of cleaning and reuse.
And they are made in USA so they are not doped with Chinese lead.

What's not to like?

I the 'Star' part of your name relates to the H2 to He reaction, I'll show you my 6" Newtonian if you show me yours.

In case you missed it, here is the link: Pee in a cup. Safety Tip.. More than a couple of guys suggested using blue cups for food and red cups for pee ... or was it blue cups for pee and red cups for....? I forget...

I will try, but to early to commit. My best friend in high school drank beer out of one bottle, then spit skoal in another.....until after a several beers, he gagged on his own stuff.

I like the pee gravel better than the cups at your place, and no neighbors to watch. I think we ought to set up a contest this year with targets.

It would be very good for prostate health.

My distance days are over. With the new sling, my flow rate is a paltry piddle that barely protrudes past my toes. Thus , the cup.
The (pee) pea gravel has not been tested since January. I will be sure to resurrect the markers before the GFMPH event.
I can't wait!

My wife has a field trip planned tor the wives. There are plenty of great choices. She'll decide when we get a head count.

I thought about this GFMPH, and now am afraid to go. I have these horrible visions of men waddling through an obstacle course in the yard while trying not to drop the cup. No hands allowed, friction adhesion only. redface

Sign of the (inflationary) times:

Each (genuine plastic) cup costs $7.99. That's right sports fans, Seven (USD) dollars and ninety nine cents for one cup exclusive of SH and taxes, if any. This cup, if purchased, deserves a place with the "good" dishes reserved for company only.

I just may have to pass.

You know I love you guys but at $7.99 a cup you're just not worth it. :-) :-)

The $7.99 is for one package of 50 cups - not one cup. Now that's reasonable. You're all certainly worth 16 cents to me. Heck, even $0.20! tongue

Early in my 39 + year marriage, I developed a practice of never saying anything behind my wife's back that I wouldn't say to her face.

The next thing I did was tell her that on the ship, the captain was respectfully referred to as "The Old Man".  I then made the inference that it was only right to call her the "Old Lady".  It is a term of respect for the position she holds in my household.

Lasted me for 39 years......

I have some (mostly unused) metric cups I could UPS to GFMPH. No colors (clear ones), so no problem. Mike:)
