Just got a call from my Oncology Rehab, they want me to be at PT at 0900 in the morning  (which is way early for me, lol), because our local Fox News affiliate wants to film me and my therapist in session.  For those that are local to me, that's Channel 12 in Greenville.  Then it's suppose to be put on their web site.  Nervous about it, but I agreed.

I assure you all, that I will do all I can to plug our cause, on behalf of all my brothers here, past, present and future.

Shucks, means I can't go dressed like a bum I suppose, my wife will see to that.

Piece of cake, David.  You'll do great.  It's sometimes a good idea to have one or two "talking points" that you want to get out, no matter what questions they choose to ask.  You just take their question and steer it toward the talking points that you want to communicate.  But, however you approach it, I'm sure you're going to represent the PCa commnity very well.  Break a leg!

Recommended talking points: ·          Act on the things you CAN control:   Put the best possible medical team in place, and then make lifestyle changes ·          The “big three” lifestyle changes to improve PC outcome are:   i) diet/nutrition, ii) exercise, and iii) stress reduction ·          “Stack the odds” in your favor for the best possible PC outcome, longevity and quality of life by consuming more of the foods that help protect against cancers, and less of the foods that help promote cancers. ·          Everyone can benefit from exercise, at any level.   Remember, “a little bit is better than nada.”   Good points to remember and live by!     Seriously, David, whatever point you make will be good...
