Hi everyone, just back from the holiday, caught lots of fish, walked a lot, rested a lot, wined a lot, ate too much, and honestly did not think of Pca at all while we were away!

Thanks guys. Sheldon, the fish were Salmon, Pike, Herring, Trevally, and garfish, ate most of them, and brought some home, now we full of Omega3..lol.
