Rash on penis

I have rash on penis from constant drip of urine, i now have diaper rash like a baby.
am told to use zinc oxide, like Desitin.

There are also prescription strength medications your uro can order.  Mine ordered Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream.  Worked like a charm.

-zinc oxide works well
- do check and make sure you are getting the right male guard for your drips - it should draw away the moisture so you are not always wet - I use extra absorbent guards and they keep me comfortable.
-do keep up the kegels that can (may) help with the drips

A&D ointment worked well on my kids butts 20 years ago and it worked a few months ago when I was still using the pads.

At night sleep in the buff on top of a bath towel to get some fresh air down younder.

I remember it well....
I traded off between two different types of cremes/ointments. One day would be zinc oxide then next day would be petrolatum with Vitamin A and D.
I also put a smaller pad inside my larger pad so I could change out the small pad frequently.
I also tried to sleep on top of the covers with the fan on to air things out.
Winters are very dry here and with the wood burning stove going the house humidity gets down to 25%. Everything dried out during winter. Nice.

Jack, do not worry about the rash, your penis will fall off in a couple of weeks anyway. This is the one RALP SE no one talks about. skull

Seriously I had the same rash and used some ointment my daughter recommended for baby diaper rash. I threw it out and can not remember the name of it now, sorry.

When I was in the hospital, I got a bed bath with no-rinse foaming body wash. We brought it home with us. It is called Bedside-care foam incontinent cleaner. Nightly, before bed, I clean down there with it and put on fresh underwear with new pad. It has become a ritual like brushing your teeth before bed. I have never gotten a rash or anything. I found a few different ones on Amazon and bought one of each to see what worked best. Turns out I like the Bedside Care the best. A bottle last a little over a month.
