2nd Visit With ED Specialist

Hello All and Happy new Year. Visited my ED Specialist today for a second trial of Tri Mix. First trial was 8 units, some action. Today's trial was 14 units, so so results! Am I correct in interpreting 8 units to be .08 cc's with 14 units being .14 cc's? I am trying to relate to other doseages (cc's) that have been successful with other members on this site. I have been given a script and it was recommended by the Uro to try 20 units at home in a few days and if not satisfied to increase by 5 units to a maximum of 30 units. Would that be .3 cc's? I read of others who use .5 cc's (50 units??) I have another appointment with him in a month.  I have read all of the posts here about Tri Mix and I need to know the answer to some of my questions. Any help / answers are greatly appreciated.

In my very limited experience, a change from 0.11 (marker on a BD 1ml TB syringe #309623) to 0.13 was enormous (pun intended). At 0.11 willie was not very woody, but sat up for a while. At 0.13, Willie could have been used to beat down a door, and stayed that way for 3 hrs. 50 minutes. It was 5 hours plus before "it was over". I was ready to head out to the ER in my sweats.

My advice? Consult with the uro at each increase, and proceed with the greatest of caution. My uro had said go to .15 next, but for me a change of 50% sounded rash - Willie would have pulled into the parking lot before my car at the ER if I had actually done that.

Guess I should suggest getting a red flag to tie on the head of the oversided load in the "try a shot" notes

No personal experience, hope I won't need to get it, but I have read in passing that there are ALSO different concentrations of the chemistry - someone mentioned needing to halve the dose when the concentration of what they were getting was doubled - so your "30" might be "60" on the stuff that someone else was using at "50."

In any case, try sticking with the doctor's advice...

PAP 30g/cc

Pheno 0.5g/cc

PGE1 10mcg/cc

in a 10 ML (CC) mix

 

Yup, getting the dose is a bit tricky at first. Over the 3 years ive done it, it  has fluctuated a lot. Doctor started me out on 20 units (way too much, thought i was gonna die), and then i went back to 5 units, nothing, 10 units a little, 15 units a little more, than 18 units a little too much. Currently 14 units seems to work the best. I have no idea why just a little change can make such a big difference. Maybe needle position is the reason. The 1000 and 200 positons are the best for me, not the 900 and 300 like the articles recommended, those positions didn't work at all for me. Keep trying, some sex is better than no sex at all. If it doesn't work you could go the penile implant route, im satisifed with the trimix..........

My Rx: PAPV 30MG/PHENTLMN 1MG/PE-1 10MCG/ML
I’m injecting 20 units (.20cc).
My first injection in the doctor’s office was 5 units, then 10 the next day also in the office, then 7 units at home, up to 8, then 10, 11, 15, 18, and I’ve settled on 20 units. This was a gradual process, checking in by phone with the NP after each try initially; then once a week. It took about 2 months to get to the right dose for me. I am under strict instructions not to increase the dose with out talking to the NP or the doctor first. I was getting good hardness with the lower dose, but not good enough duration.

I was on Trimix for a little over a year and it was great, once you get the correct dosage and more importantly the procedure you will be amazed that you did not start them sooner. Most guys, like I was are deathly afraid of even trying the shots, but they are so simple it is silly not to give it a try. The therapy aspect really kept things in order until I was able to get back to not needing them

My dosing started at .15 and ended up being perfect at .22 which is 22 units. 1cc = 100 units, increase dosage very slowly, a few units can make a difference between success and failure. 1.5 hrs of hard as a plank of wood anatomy, made for a great reading aide of the Kama Sutra , reading glasses not needed

To greatly simplify the process pick up a BD Auto injector, it not only allows perfect aim, one hand application, but you can tailor the depth of the needle. It also acts as a way of transporting the syringe for short periods of time ( need to keep it cool, in more ways than one) , so that you can always have that spontaneous event !! Be careful though, make sure you can stay undressed for a while it is difficult to get the trousers back on for a spell !! Changing rooms at the local Department store may not be the best place for that reason

Thanks for the back up Mr. G.  I'll remember those tips. I am going to try it on my own today, but I will first check with my Pharm. re: auto injectors.  Might be worth pursuing.

I have been using Trimix for 5 months and my current RX is double the concentration of the original so that I do not have to use as much which keeps the cost down per injection.

The RX is PAPV 30MG/PHENTLMN 1.5MG/PE-1 20MCG/ML

I use a BD syringe that is in units, cc and ML. (100 units = 1cc or 1 ml)  I am using .35cc/ml or 35 units to achieve a full erection that lasts about 11/2 to 2 hours.

The original RX was PAPV 30MG/PHENTLMN .5 MG/PE-1 10MCG/ML. I started at .30ml and increased it per URO instructions by .05ml each injection until I got to the .7ml that worked which took about 2 months.

I do not take any oral meds any more as the 100MG Viagra had no effect and gave me blue vision and a headache. I was using 25mg of Viagra in between injections per the URO advice but stopped about a month ago and have noticed no difference. I get 0 side effects from the Trimix and my wife and I love it. I used an auto injected at first but now I inject freestyle and have no pain at all.

One thing I have found if I auto stimulate Willie before the injection it will plump up some and make it easier to find the veins and a good place for the injection site.

Well, I did it. What was I thinking 3 and a half years ago? The poke was a piece of cake. Thanks fo all the advice. Tried 20 units or .2 cc's and within 5 minutes things happened. Reached about 80%. They weren't kidding that after RP there is a significant loss (to me) in length and girth, but I really don't care about that any more. Lasted about 1 hr. and had the best effect when standing. Did that for the injection and let gravity do its thing. When I lied down it decreased to about 60%. So I took a long shower. Best one I have had in a long time,( the shower). It was almost like old times. This stuff is great. Speaking of stuff, a couple more practices ( will try .25 cc's) and my wife awaits. She's excited for me and herself. only one concern and that is some dribbling here and there. Normally I don't have a problem with leaking.

Congrat's Skate !!!, glad you have joined the club Just the thought is the worst part, once you get going the injection is just a small step away from elation !!! I am still working on my own personal settings but making progress thanks to all the help from the guy's on this board.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I am sure my body will have to adjust after so long. To anyone considering injections but still concerned, don't wait. It's nothing and the benefits are remarkable. I can kick myself for waiting so long. What a waste of time. I am 63, soon to be 64 and those years of frustration are lost. No looking back now though. Onward and upward (pun intended).

Was thinking maybe they're putting ROGAINE in your mix!!

Turns out it is really Regitine which is just a brand of Phentolamine.

That is good, since we're all already too hairy down there anyways.

Also, that is one wicked strong Trimix batch -- the strongest I have ever seen listed here.
(normal is around 20mcg/1mg/30mg). So hopefully you won't need to go much beyond 20-25u
level. Wishing you nothing but luck ....
