Note that once you get boob enlargement from any related drug or HT therapy or orchiectomy, you are stuck with the growth that has in fact accumulated (if that happens to you), you can do either adjuvant or neo-adjuvant breast radiation protocol to either stop further growth or stop it from the beginning (neo adj.) and this works in alot of patients (but not always), this can be done via electron rays in either one or 3-4 sessions. Those rays are considered safer too, I was told by rad-onco. The other options are a couple of drugs that can interfere and may prevent boob enlargement (gynecomastia). Myself chose the radiation protocol (electron rays), but didn't start it in my first two years while on ADT3, so the minor enlargement I had stays forever (but not to bad), it did stop further enlargement in my case. IF you do nothing and get huge boobs, surgery is another option and a friend of mine just did that option.
Dr. Myers mentions that this enlargement scenario is very strange indeed, that in like 30% of men whom do nothing to prevent it, they never get enlargement and it is unexplainable as to why that is and so far no known way to detect whom these patients are as a group or risk area. This is your PCa on about
any thing: results vary, inconsistencies, anomolies can be found on almost everything. Hope this helps some people understand this phenomena and how it works.
