Dude1969-I should change my name to jerry1965 for all us guys in our 40s (just assuming you're in your 40s)...I agree with your thinking... You would think a younger person would have a better response, but who knows.

Under 65? We are talking, in some cases, patients that are 20-30 years below 65. So how old were they in the study? 64, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40 ?????
Here's something to make everyone crazy as it relates to costs --- who's to say it wouldn't be even more beneficial given a second time down the road? Perhaps, that is one reason insurance companies are not quick to approve.
