excityboy, that sounds like some good steps!
I've got to say that I'm eating the most healthy, and most delicious, meals of my life these days, now that my tastes have matured. I try to get the things I need right from the food I eat, and mostly use supplements to make-up for the occasional shortfall (although I, too, take fish oil every day). The Western Diet (or Standard American Diet, or SAD for short) is a killer! Bad for prostates, but bad for hearts, diabetes, cancers, etc. It takes a little effort to learn about
diet/lifestyle changes, but I'm doing my best to extend the quality and longevity of my life...I've got kids who are depending on me being around, and I want to be in good shape to play with grandkids when they eventually come! Besides focusing on prostate-healthy meals, I focus on heart-healthy (there is a lot of overlap) because heart disease is the #1 killer of men with PC (and men without PC).
