Worried about bone mets

I just had my Biopsy and told I had prostate cancer that appears to early stage but I have been having low grade ache in my lower back that spreads out across the top of buttocks the bone doesn't feel sore the pain just radiates from it.

I also notice when I press up against a surface i feel a dull ache in my shoulder blades same when pressing on my thighs.

Is this something someone with bone mets have felt?

Its not preventing me from doing anything and if I did not have prostate cancer i would not even be worried.

I have my consultation on Wednesday.

I did injure my lower back a year ago could this ache be from that?

DX 4/21/12, PSA 2.8, Biopsy 14 samples 7 positive for Prostate Cancer
3 were at 40% Gleason 6
1 was at 5% Gleason 6
1 was at 10 % Gleason 6
1 was at 80% Gleason 3 +4 90%/10%
1 was at 60% Gleason 3 +4 90%/10%
