I had to lose 34lbs just to have the surgery. Post surgery i have gained all weight back plus an additional 10-12lbs. No matter how much my activity increases, and calories decrease, I can not seem to lose the weight. On top of that, my energy levels seem to be diminishing.

when I was in my 30's....I began working out and it changed my physique to muscular from flabby (but same weight). I stayed that way up until they put me under for this op.
I lost muscle mass and put fat on my abdomen since.....regardless of working out.
This operation changed my body....I believe.....permanently. I have no energy either.
I think it's more than age. It's a question I've often wondered about
....but never asked about
