   Everytime i get an erection.when the swelling goes down and i start dripping.My pad is tinged with lightly coloration of blood.I think it might be the Cialis the doctor prescribed 5mg daily dose.It is starting to be painful when i have erections that i cant contol Plus when i had an orgasm i ejaculated blood clots.Can anybody relate to this.My Uro wont call me back now that he has my prostate.Today i dripped blood of and on all day after taking the Cialis.Is this what they mean about keeping the blood flowing to the penis?

bogerman - any blood flowing to the penis (c/o cialis) is the internal blood flow to make the penis bigger -
-you may be still healing up inside - thus the blood clots and staining the pad -
-sorry - can't remember when your surgery was -
-cut back on the penile rehab until you check it out with the doc - he/she will most likely say, you are still healing and spotting can be expected.
-if bright red stain - that's from new blood - but dark red or browny stains are from old blood being flushed out of the system.
-very glad you are getting erections - but just go with the flow and don't rush anything -

I expect it is more the erections perhaps stretching the urethra at the point it was reconnected. It was over three months (for me) before the dots of blood and scar tissue stopped.

The Cialis is to improve blood flow into the spongey tissue in the penis. I'm not aware of any blood-thinning characteristic, or any side effect that causes bleeding. Are you trying to generate erections? If so, perhaps you should slow down on that.

But as always, call the uro, and insist on an appoinment.

Tatt2man,my surgery was nov 14. 2011.Had the cath in 10 days and was able to have erect.with cath in. 142,No im not trying to generate erections.They just seem to pop up without notice (go figure) lol.I know you responded to my post about this before .yes Ive been taking it as easy as posible.I cant wait for a appt. I might be going to the er if doc dont call back soon.Im afraid that it might be coming from the bladder neck because with a full solid erection its very painful in that area.

I think you should STOP taking the Cialis until you visit your URO.

i have been told that the blood is vascular changes in the prostrate or the head of the bladder due to the radiation i 125 seeds..

Bogerman is a surgery guy - no seeds, but yes, seeds can cause blood, perhaps not at that level, though.

You absolutely need to make your surgeon see you, period. Something doesn't sound right here, probably not a drastic situation, but still requires an answer. I would lay off some of the "exercise" in that area until you know what is going on
